The photostudio rental includes:

- 1 big East facing 9’x9’ ft window with soft natural light filtering from early morning until late afternoon with curtains/blinds to control + filter light (black out curtains available upon request)

-2 in-studio dressing rooms with a mobile wardrobe rack + access to steamer

-HMUA station with daylight studio bulbs + directors chair for MUA + low chair for hair

-shootable conversation area with multiple chairs + seating options

-full fridge/freezer access with a kitchenette that includes counter space, sink, dishwasher, garbage disposal + microwave -access to reflectors, apple boxes, stands, additional racks + props -shooting access to unique visual elements of building such as stairs, industrial doors, a variety of brick walls, a urban alley and multiple urban backdrops in the parking lot that includes pallets, chain link fences, distressed warehouse doors and more.

This space boasts one of the brightest rooms in the building, with a huge west facing window that receives perfect natural light (especially for shooting in the afternoon) with spectacular sunset urban views.

A smaller, more intimate space than our larger Photostudio, Studio B has 1 big white blank wall with the option to include backdrop stands facing the window to capture perfect lighting with either 5’ or 9’ paper rolls in a range of color options, and multiple furniture pieces available to customize for your shoot as well.

This is a favorite space for portrait photography or anyone really wanting to capitalize on gorgeous afternoon golden lighting, and a large wall mounted tv with tethering capabilities makes it that much easier to review shots and captured content.

To get to Studio B from our Photostudio or stairwell entry on the first floor, simply go up the stairs 1 flight to the second floor and enter suite 204 or 205 on your left (Studio B is on the 205/northwest side of the suite behind the front desk, directly in the back with the big window)

Located on the second floor, our spiral staircase studio features a large west facing window that provides diffused lighting and a spiral staircase that gives great visual interest as well as depth when shooting on it. With multiple furniture and staging options available, there are multiple white shooting walls with cement floors giving a cool, modern feel.

BIG NATURAL LIGHTING CAN COME IN SMALL PACKAGES…

Our smallest space we offer has some of the best lighting in the building. With a huge 9‘ x 9‘ west facing window and glass walls and door on the opposite side, this is our favorite semi-private room that is used for mini-portrait sessions, influencer filming, semi private make up applications, self tapes/auditions, private meetings and esthetic pop-ups. Just be sure to add any add-ons for your booking at check out!
