ACTING AS THE PERFECT BLANK CANVAS TO FIT THE NEEDS OF WHATEVER THE SHOOT, CONCEPT OR OCCASION IS, IT’S ALSO OFTEN USED TO HOST LARGER GATHERINGS FOR INDUSTRY NEEDS SUCH AS; PRE-PRODUCTION MEETINGS, FASHION SHOW AUDITIONS, FITTINGS, NEW RELEASES, PRODUCT LAUNCHES, PREMIERS + PODCASTS.

Studio b is a 2 second walk up the back stairs from the photostudio (enter our doors on your left- studio b is in the back of suite 205) .

She’s the perfect size for just about any kind of shoot. with 1000 sq ft of bright white walls + historic meets industrial modern loft vibes , Our photostudio is Going to be your new favorite creating spot.

Located on the ground level of the central building, right next to the back paRking lot + loading dock, our photostudio is the easiest access in the whole building, making setup and load out an easy breeze.

we are also one of the few spots downtown with a free, private parking lot and double secured entry.

Studio b can be staged however youd like to use it- from intimate, private PORTRAIT or BOUDOIR shooting space to executive meeting set ups with tables, chairs + white boards. from fitting rooms for production jobs to yoga + meditation space or just a bigger private getting ready room with friends for a night on the town; there’s Nothing this room cant Transform into for what you need…

This is priced for single hair or makeup station rentals but we can accommodate as many hmua stations as you may need, inquire for further details

(If you just need HMUA services instead of tracking down your own artist then look no farther + book a service for your model when completing your booking!)

A semi-private glass room (with a door ) that is used for small portrait sessions, influencer filming, semi-private makeup applications, self tapes, private meetings or ESTHETICIAN pop ups. Just be sure to add any AdD-on’s for your booking at checkout!
