If you need a big room to spread out while still being in constant communication with certain department heads or people then this is the space for you. With 2 private dressing rooms, a steamer with wardrobe racks, multiple tables, chairs and a kitchenette with full fridge/freezer for crafty, members of production can prep and work while meetings, fittings or rehearsals are taking place
